These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lokand's mobile app, dashboard, APIs, and hosted menu sites (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for the conduct of teammates you invite. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service for business purposes.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create — your menus, photos, business information, and customer data. You grant Lokand the limited license needed to host, display, and process that content to provide the Service, including publishing the menu site you choose to make public. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload and that it complies with applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, sending unsolicited or unlawful messages, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to harm others.
Plans, billing, and trials
Lokand offers a free plan and paid Pro plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the cadence you select and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you start a free trial, you will be billed when the trial ends unless you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel Pro, you retain access through the end of your current billing period and then return to the free plan.
Messaging features
If you use loyalty or campaign messaging, you are responsible for obtaining any consents required by law from the recipients you contact and for complying with applicable anti-spam and marketing regulations.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for Lokand or others.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lokand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
